David came to inspect a house we were wanting to buy. He was able to tell us everything we would need to know about the house. He was very thorough, testing anything that could be tested. He moved from room to room, floor to floor, crawling into the attic spaces, getting a view of almost every inch of the house. He was honest in his opinions as to whether something would need fixing immediately or not, and approximated for us how large an expense these changes would be. We really appreciated his willingness to inspect every inch; up on the roof, down in the basement and everything in between. We also appreciated his obvious experience and his ability to answer any questions we had.
